The practice
operates a 48 hour appointment system, plus four weeks advanced booking for
40% of the appointments. You can arrange to see a doctor by telephoning
Macclesfield 422249. For emergency appointments telephone Macclesfield
612999, these calls will be answered by the triage nurse. Please
remember that an appointment is for one person only, and please remember to
CANCEL your appointment if you are unable to keep it. If you need to speak to
the doctor personally, please contact the receptionist. If the doctor is
unable to speak to you please leave a message and telephone number and your
call will be returned as soon as possible. To prevent
confusion, please let us know as soon as possible if you have changed your
name, so that our records can be amended.
New members
are always welcome to the practice’s Patient Participation Group. If you are
interested in contributing towards the development of your practice please
indicate your interest to a member of the practice team. The manager will
provide you with further information. |
